Welcome! My name is Adrian Pei, and I’m a leadership trainer, speaker, and certified change management practitioner. Over the past twenty years, I’ve worked in leadership and organizational development for some of the most prominent nonprofit and corporate companies in the world. I’m the founder and CEO of The Change Navigation Company—a training, coaching, and consulting firm that provides services to leaders, universities, and organizations worldwide. I’m also an award-winning author of multiple books, which you can find on this website. I completed my undergraduate studies at Stanford University, and also have a graduate degree from Fuller Seminary. Most importantly, I have a lifelong love of learning and a commitment to growth and improvement! I am naturally curious and love collaborating with people and companies to find solutions that will help them to thrive.
